About Me
My name is Molly Gundry, and I am a senior at Michigan State University, where I am working toward a Bachelor of Arts in journalism with a concentration in broadcast and another B.A. in political science pre-law.
Throughout my time at Michigan State University, I have been involved in student organizations while gaining internship experience to further my knowledge and prepare me for my future career. Currently, I am a senior producer for the award-winning newscast, Focal Point, here at Michigan State. I am also an intern for the FOX Sports On-Air Promotions team based out of Charlotte, NC
I grew up in a small town in Michigan with big aspirations. I have always had a love for journalism and being able to share the unique and passionate stories of others. To me, being a journalist is not just about telling stories about those already in the spotlight but finding typical people with incredible stories to share with the world. My goal is to be able to give a voice to people and share with the world the stories that make them who they are. I value honesty and integrity and want to help change the way the world views the media.
